The Auberge By The Sea Bed and Breakfast is located one building back from the ocean, meaning it is not ocean front but almost. A private pathway is about 20 yards from the sand so guests can see the ocean, hear it and smell it.
The Bed and Breakfast is also located within half a mile from the famous pier with its shops, an amusement park, great food and entertainment. About 20 minutes away is Maine's largest city, Portland, with its many attractions as well as the airport.
The Bed and Breakfast is located about 45 minutes away from factory outlet shopping in kittery and freeport, home of L.L.Bean.
The homemade continental breakfast is served between 8 and 10 AM and includes guest choice of freshly baked oversize muffin, croissant or scone and unlimited coffee, tea, juice, milk and other beverages. There is also a buffet table with a cheese and fruit platter, 3 types of cereal, yogourts, homemade bread for toast and a variety of whole fruit.
